Limited Warranty
Hushamok warrants this Product (including any accessories) against defects in material or workmanship, for a period of one year (1 year) from the original date of purchase. Hushamok will either repair or replace, at its option, a defective product covered by this warranty. CONSUMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. HUSHAMOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUSHAMOK DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. HUSHAMOK MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT. Proof of purchase in the form of a dated sales receipt or delivery receipt, showing that the product is within the Limited Warranty period, must be presented to Hushamok to obtain warranty service. This express limited warranty is extended by Hushamok to the original purchaser of the product only and is not assignable or transferable to subsequent buyers.
